ComfoWell Filter

The optional ComfoWell Filter Casing can hold either an F9 MERV 15-rated small particle filter which is a hospital grade filter that captures very fine particulates including bacteria and some viruses, or an Activated Carbon filter which is useful for removing outside odors such as auto emissions, smoke and other unpleasant scents. The F9 filter should be changed every six months. Replacement times for Activated Carbon filters vary based on the concentration of odors outside the home; replace when odors become noticeable inside.
