Customer Service Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST
Dear valued customers and partners,
As we continue to navigate the unprecedented events arising from the COVID‐19 outbreak, it is our aim to be transparent in our communication and to keep you updated on recent developments. Over the last few weeks, we have been closely monitoring and preparing for all of the possible scenarios while ensuring we have the right plans and resources in place, as defined by the centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) along with local and federal mandates and recommendations.
Per the New York State mandate, as of Monday March 23, 2020 the Zehnder America warehouse facility located in Buffalo, NY will be not be operating for the next two weeks to help mitigate the spread of COVID‐19. In accordance with this mandate we will be unable to currently deliver product from our New York facility by order of NY State. Locally, at our main office in Hampton, NH, we have implemented a work from home policy for many of the office employees. Our staff will continue be available by phone and email to ensure that all customer needs are taken care of. We will be continuing to operate as normally as possible and will be happy to help customers and potential customers in any way we can – and will be restoring full operations as soon as possible.
This will unfortunately affect existing orders. Regrettably, we cannot provide estimated ship dates at this time. As soon as operations are cleared to resume, we will then provide updated information. We will continue to accept orders; however, they will not be scheduled and acknowledged as they customarily would. New orders will be entered with a “hold” ship date in anticipation of resuming normal operations. Upon startup we will review all orders in conjunction with the existing backlog and provide scheduled ship dates.
We will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as they become available. While these circumstances may potentially affect plans and schedules, we hope that you understand that they are necessary for your safety along with your co-workers and families.
