Satya Tripathi

Satya Tripathi is Secretary-General of the Global Alliance for a Sustainable Planet. A development economist, lawyer and changemaker with over 40 years of varied experience, Mr. Tripathi is the Chancellor of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences – the world’s largest academic institution dedicated exclusively to indigenous people and cultures. He is also a Senior Distinguished Fellow on Innovative Finance at the World Agroforestry Centre. He has served with the United Nations for more than two decades in key positions across the planet and was most recently the UN Assistant Secretary-General, Head of New York Office at UN Environment and Secretary of the UN Environment Management Group.

Allison A. Bailes III, PhD

Allison A. Bailes III, PhD is the author of the bestselling book, “A House Needs to Breathe…Or Does It?”  and the founder of Energy Vanguard, a building science firm and BPI Test Center based in Decatur, Georgia. Energy Vanguard specializes in residential HVAC design, consulting, and professional training. Dr. Bailes earned his PhD in physics from the University of Florida and began working in building science in 2001, when he built a high-performance home using structural insulated panels. Since then, he has worked as a green building program manager, educator, and consultant, gaining hands-on experience in countless homes and writing over a thousand articles on his popular Energy Vanguard Blog.

Jake Bruton

Jake Bruton is a custom home builder in Kansas City and Columbia Missouri. As the owner of Aarow Building for more than 15 years, Jake brings his education in art and architecture to energy-efficient, durable, and architecturally significant homes. Growing up in construction also positioned him for success in building having renovated or repaired nearly every mistake made in the industry. Jake is a contributor to the Build Show, co-host of the UnBuild It Podcast, contributing editor for the Journal of Light Construction, as well as a contributor to Fine Homebuilding. As a speaker, Jake has presented at International Builders’ Show (IBS) , JLC Live, the Fine Homebuilding Summit, and the Midwest Building Science Symposium.

Etienne Gubler is the Chief Executive Officer of SIGA Americas.

Michael Ingui

Michael, President of Ingui Architecture, has been pivotal in steering the firm’s designs, process, and sustainability efforts since joining the firm in 1994.

He is also a global leader in the Passive House community, frequently sharing knowledge gained through his work at conferences throughout the world. In 2019, Michael founded the Passive House Accelerator as an engine to increase awareness of Passive House and support the community of Passive House builders.

In 2022, he cofounded Source 2050, a marketplace designed to bring high performance building components to all builders simply and effectively.

Kehkashan Basu, M.S.M.

Kehkashan Basu, M.S.M. is the Marketing Associate at Airia Brands Inc. She has an MBA from Cornell University. Kehkashan is a global influencer, environmentalist, sustainability expert, TEDx speaker and award-winning author. She is the recipient of Canada’s Meritorious Service Medal and the Spirit of the United Nations Award for her work on sustainability. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30, United Nations Human Rights Champion, National Geographic Explorer, and one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence. She has spoken at over 500 United Nations and other global fora. Kehkashan has been named one of the Top 100 SDG Leaders in the world. She is a Board Member of the International Leadership Association.
